RushLift

Privacy policy

Effective 24 September 2026

RushLift: Elevator Manager is published by Ferran Fernández Garrido. The game does not require an account. This policy explains how the game and the services used for purchases and optional rewarded ads handle information.

Data stored on your device

Game progress, settings, and your Coin balance are stored locally on your device. RushLift does not run its own game account server or upload this save file. You can remove local game data by deleting the app; doing so may permanently remove your progress and Coins.

In-app purchases

Coin packs are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payment information. RushLift uses RevenueCat to retrieve available products, process and validate purchases, and record purchase history. RevenueCat may use an anonymous app user identifier and transaction information for these functions and purchase analytics. Its AdMob adapter also receives rewarded-ad events and impression-level revenue so purchases and ads can be viewed together. RushLift does not receive your payment card details. See Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Optional rewarded ads

RushLift uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads only when you choose an ad action. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions, crash information, and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and improvement. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform asks for advertising consent and provides a Privacy choices control. RushLift checks this consent state before requesting an ad. Tracking permission may also be requested under Apple's App Tracking Transparency system before an ad. You receive the same in-game reward if you decline tracking. See Google's privacy policy.

Gameplay analytics

On first launch, RushLift asks you to continue with gameplay analytics or turn them off. No gameplay events are sent before you make that choice. If you continue with analytics, RushLift sends a randomly generated app identifier, a new identifier for each app session, app version, level starts and outcomes, store and Coin-pack purchase actions, rewarded-ad actions, level numbers, pack identifiers, and in-game Coin amounts to a dedicated Supabase project hosted in Ireland. No name, email address, precise location, or game save file is sent in these events. The network request may expose your IP address to Supabase. You can turn analytics off at any time in the game; this stops future events and removes the local analytics identifier. Raw gameplay events are automatically deleted after 90 days. To request earlier deletion, email support.

Data sharing and retention

Purchase and advertising information is handled by Apple, RevenueCat, and Google for the purposes described above. If you continue with gameplay analytics, Supabase hosts the events described above. Their retention practices are explained in their linked policies. RushLift does not sell your local game save. If you email support, the message and information you provide are used to answer your request.

Your choices and contact

You can decline Apple's tracking request and still play. When shown, Google's consent form and the Privacy choices control let you manage advertising choices. Rewarded ads, Coin purchases, and gameplay analytics are optional. For privacy questions or requests concerning RushLift, email rushlift.support@proton.me. For information held by Apple, RevenueCat, or Google, you may also use the rights and contact methods in their policies.
